Kovalainen Grabs his Maiden victroy!!!!

Great outing for Kovalainen!!! It was a shock maiden win for McLaren’s Heikki Kovalainen at the Hungarian Grand Prix after Ferrai’s Massa suffered an engine failure while leading with three laps remaining. It was really disappointing day for Ferrari as Massa had to retire at the end of the race. It was all set for a Massa victory but then his engine died in front of the main grandstand with three laps to go. Massa also got an added advantage when Hamilton had to pit with punctured left Tyre. Toyota’s Timo Glock put up an impressive performance to clinch a debutant podium finish. Ferrari’s Kimi Raikkonen brought some cheer to the otherwise dull Ferrari camp. He finished 3rd well ahead Renault’s Fernando Alonso. It was disappointing day for McLaren’s Lewis Hamilton who finished 5th, starting from pole. But this did not affect his Driver’s standing. Lewis Hamilton leads the Drivers Standings despite a puncture just after the midway stage that saw him finish the race in fifth place. BMW Sauber’s Robert Kubica finished a disappointing Eight.
